Furnishing a whole property is a different job from buying pieces one by one. A hotel wing or a rental villa needs many rooms furnished to a single, repeatable specification — the same bed, the same finish, the same stitch on every headboard — delivered in the right order and installed without damaging a freshly finished interior. That is what an FF&E package from one workshop gives you: one maker, one palette, one quality standard and one delivery plan, instead of a dozen suppliers to coordinate.
Planning a project? Our villa & hotel furnishing guide covers budgets, sequencing and the common mistakes.

How an FF&E Order Runs
Room list & brief
You send a room-by-room list with rough dimensions, reference images and your target handover date — or your interior designer’s FF&E schedule. We reply with a proposed furniture schedule, materials and an itemised quote.
Samples & sign-off
Before the batch runs, you approve the spec physically: timber and finish samples, fabric options, and where the order justifies it a first sample piece that becomes the quality reference for every unit that follows.
Shop drawings
Every piece gets scaled shop drawings for approval. Nothing is cut until dimensions, timber grade, joinery, finish and hardware are signed off — which is what keeps fifty identical chairs identical.
Batch production & QC
We build in batches to the approved drawings, run quality control across the batch rather than piece by piece, and send progress photos as the order comes together.
Staged delivery & installation
Furniture arrives area by area as each part of the property is finished — not all at once while trades are still working. We place and level every piece and fit built-in joinery on site.
Timelines & Budgeting
A full villa or hotel order typically runs 6–12 weeks from approved drawings, depending on the number of rooms and pieces — and furniture is usually on the critical path near handover, so the best thing you can do is lock in a production slot early. We confirm a realistic schedule against your room list rather than quoting a number before we have seen the scope.
For budgeting anchors, a custom dining set (table and six) runs around IDR 14–20 million, a bed with headboard and nightstands from IDR 12 million, a sofa from IDR 8 million and fitted wardrobes from IDR 9 million each, with volume orders getting better per-piece pricing — full ranges on the pricing page and in the furnishing guide.
